Key Lime Pie
Ever since traveling to Saint Thomas with girlfriends, where key lime pie is a staple – we’ve been on a quest to recreate the perfect key lime pie. Mission accomplished with this recipe!
This pie has the perfect ratio of crust to filling and balances the tartness of the lime with the right amount of sweetness. Using greek yogurt in this recipe adds a nice creamy texture and of course reduces some of the guilt!

Serving Size: 9 inch circle pie pan – yields 8 generous slices
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter (unsalted)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 14 oz can condensed milk (sweetened)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- lime zest (from 1 lime)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until the butter has evenly coated everything
- Press the graham cracker mixture into your greased baking pan and bake for 5 minutes on 350F – let cool while you work on the next step
- In another mixing bowl whip together eggs, greek yogurt, condensed milk, lime juice and the zest of one lime
- Pour the filling mixture over the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 mins on 350F
- Let the pie cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
- Enjoy!
