Not only does this parfait look and taste amazing, it is only 4 ingredients and packed with protein! We love this for an express weekday breakfast to go or part of a weekend brunch with friends and family.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup greek yogurt (or any yogurt you like)
- 1/2 cup granola (we highly recommend Trader Joes’ Maple Pecan Clusters)
- 12 strawberries diced (or any fruit you like)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Place 1/8 cup granola, 3 diced strawberries and 1/2 tbsp honey in each serving cup – repeat this once more so you end with the diced strawberries on top
