Coconut Water Green Smoothie
Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but it doesn’t have to be time consuming. This is one of our favorite (and healthy) breakfasts that you can put together in less than 3 minutes. No more excuses for skipping breakfast!
Serving size: 12 oz
Ingredients:
- 10 oz coconut water
- 1/2 inch knob of ginger
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit
- 1 T honey
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Place everything into a blender and mix for 1 minute or until well blended
- Enjoy!
